March is National Nutrition Month and DFC is participating in the 2018 VegOut! 30 Ways in 30 Days Challenge. Join us as we try and eat 30 different veggies in 30 days!
Joining Team DFC is simple! Visit the VegOut! 2018 website on your computer or smart phone to register. Once you are logged in, visit the Teams page or “My Groups” in the app and search for “Doctors for Change”. You can track your veggies using the desktop site or the mobile app. Share your veg on social media using #VegOut2018 and tag @DocsForChangeTX to be featured on our pages!
