DFC Leader’s Op-Ed on Palliative Care Featured in the Chronicle

Dr. Jill Ann Jarrell (DFC) and Dr. Colleen Keough’s article, featured on the Houston Chronicle’s Opinion’s page, describes palliative care and makes the case for why we need more palliative care services in Texas.  May 6th, a bill that would establish a palliative care advisory council – HB 1874 – was approved in the House, and is currently pending in Senate committee.  Check out the article here:
